Depending on when and why you closed your account with us in the first place we might just be able to help you and re-open the account but please note that:
If the account is self-excluded for a certain period of time, the set time frame must elapse before the account can be re-opened. If the time frame has elapsed, please contact our customer service team via phone. They will give you a cooling-off period of 7 days where you can reflect on your decision to re-open the account and once the cool off period has passed you can call us again in order to reopen your account.
If the account was set on a short break and the time period has elapsed you will be able to log back into your account and the account will re-open automatically. If this does not work for you, please get in contact with our customer service team via phone and they will help you further.
If you closed your account temporarily you will be able to re-open your account directly. Please get in contact with customer service.
If the account is closed for any other reason, please contact us and we will assist you in the best way possible.
